Vegan food – cousine, which combines both traditional vegetarian dishes of different cuisines and adapted versions of non-vegetarian dishes. It is characterized primarily by a lack of of animal food. Vegetarian cuisine has several varieties, and generally characterized by a lack of animal food (meat, fish, poultry, seafood animal origin and all products made from them). Depending on the type of vegetarianism in vegetarian cuisine can be some of the following products: dairy products, eggs, honey. Vegan cuisine excludes all animal products.
