No weight back! So say the authors of the diet. If everything is done correctly, the weight will go away and will not return – you can lose up to 10 kg in a week. The main thing is to follow all the recommendations and smoothly go out of the diet – do not overeat and adhere to the basic rules of a healthy diet and after.
The “Favorite” diet implies the alternation of drinking, vegetable, fruit and protein days, and this sequence should not be disturbed. So the weight will go faster. On any day of the diet you can drink unlimited water, tea without sugar.
How to eat while dieting: menu
Day 1. Drinking. We drink everything we want. Broths, juices, tea, coffee without sugar. Water unlimited.
Day 2. Vegetable. We eat any vegetables, especially cabbage – it burns fats well and quickly saturates.
Day 3. Drinking. All by analogy with the first day.
Day 4. Fruit. We eat any fruit, especially grapefruits and other citrus fruits.
Day 5. Protein. We eat lean meat, chicken, rabbit, eggs, skimmed milk.
Day 6. Drinking.
Day 7. Exit from the diet.
Exit from the diet
The right way out of the diet is as important as the diet itself. If you immediately pounce on fried potatoes with mayonnaise, you can gain dropped pounds back.
On the seventh day, for breakfast, you can eat two boiled eggs from teas or coffee, eat vegetable soup at lunchtime, and udin — a vegetable salad with olive oil dressing. For a snack, save your favorite fruits. So you can eat a day or two, but rather a few, including in the diet more protein foods.
We leave the diet smoothly, and then we try to eat moderately, to reduce the amount of sweets, fried, smoked, flour, bread and alcohol. If you want something forbidden, it is better to eat it in the morning.
