Summer Salad With Shrimps And Salmon

  • 70 grams of king prawns;
  • 50 grams of salted salmon;
  • half avocado;
  • small onion;
  • a teaspoon of mustard;
  • 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt;
  • lemon juice, 1 teaspoon;
  • spices to taste.

    Boil the shrimp, cool, peel, put in a dish. Wash the avocados, peel them, cut into cubes, pour with lemon juice so that the slices do not darken. Cut salmon into thin strips. Onion chop finely.

    Mix all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl, fill. To make the dressing, mix the mustard, lemon juice, natural yogurt, add your favorite spices. Do not salt! You can use another option for refilling, for example, homemade mayonnaise (the recipe is here).
