Vinaigrette Dietetique – Eat And Lose Weight

Do you like salad with crispy sauerkraut and fragrant sunflower oil? Then this diet is for you. The diet is based on a dietary vinaigrette, which can be eaten without restrictions.

A special recipe, which we describe in this article, excludes from the list of ingredients potatoes, pickles and peas.

These products will not lead to weight loss, rather, on the contrary – salt retains liquid, canned peas contain sugar, and potatoes are harmful to the waist because of the abundance of starch (instead of canned peas, we take fresh or frozen)..

Recipe for vinaigrette dietetique, ingredients:

  • 2 medium sized beets;
  • Vinaigrette And Lots Of Fresh Cracked Blackpepper

  • 1 carrot;
  • ½ cup of beans;
  • frozen or fresh green peas, half a glass;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 g sauerkraut without sugar;
  • vegetable oil to taste.
  • The recipe for cooking is very simple – prepare all the ingredients, peel (if necessary), boil until ready (except for cabbage and onions), chop and mix. Salad pour aromatic vegetable oil, you can add spices and herbs, but do not salt. As you can see, no differences from the traditional vinaigrette with the exception of a reduced list of ingredients!

    It is allowed to eat a dietary vinaigrette without restrictions, but no later than 2 to 3 hours before bedtime. You can stick to such a diet from 3-5 days to two weeks, depending on the goals you are pursuing. According to reviews, the diet is well tolerated.     Vinaigrette Diet

    Vinaigrette contains all micro- and macroelements that are important for humans: zinc, iodine, potassium, calcium, B vitamins, vitamin PP, manganese, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and a huge amount of dietary fiber. The dish helps to organize the work of the gastrointestinal tract, get rid of edema and stagnation in the body.

    In addition to the salad, in the diet of losing weight, there are fresh vegetables (non-starchy, preferably green) and fruits (except grapes and bananas), natural yoghurts, and kefir. In small quantities allowed buckwheat without salt and gravy.

    Sample menu for the day:

  • Breakfast: 150 g buckwheat, 150 g vinaigrette, green tea without sugar
  • Snack: 1 fruit
  • Lunch: 150 g buckwheat, 150 g vinaigrette, green tea or chicory without sugar
  • Snack: natural low-fat yogurt, 100 – 150 ml
  • A Fruity Vinaigrette

  • Dinner: 150 g buckwheat, 150 g vinaigrette, green tea without sugar
  • Late dinner: 200 ml of nonfat kefir.
  • In the diet is allowed to include steamed buckwheat. Cook it in the evening. For this you need to pour about 500 g of buckwheat with boiling water in a deep dish, close the lid and leave until morning. Vinaigrette is also recommended to be cooked before consumption – for one day, and not for 2 – 3 days in advance. The dish loses its beneficial properties. Coffee is not recommended on the diet, it is better to replace it with chicory. All other foods and dishes not listed in this article are also prohibited. Salty and sweet, alcohol is absolutely impossible! We consume at least 2 liters of water per day. We try to move more.
