Ingredients:

    Beans are boiled in salted water for 5 – 7 minutes, reclines in a colander and doused with cold water.

    The onion is cut into small cubes and placed in a frying pan heated with butter, where it is fried until golden brown. Then there is added the beans and not a large amount of liquid in which it was boiled.

    After 5 minutes, chopped garlic, tomatoes, finely chopped greens, and red or black pepper are added to the pan. Then the dish is poured with beaten eggs, mixed and removed from the heat. If desired, before serving, it can be decorated with walnuts. Can be served with pasta, very tasty.
