Dietary Chocolate Charlotte With Apples

Want to bake on a diet? There is nothing easier! We have prepared for you a recipe of a charlotte without wheat flour, without sugar, without butter and margarine. Diet charlotte cooks less than an hour. Try it, very tasty and without harm to the waist!

We will need:

  • 0.5 cups of oatmeal;
  • 1 tablespoon of oat or wheat bran;
  • 3 apples;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa (pure, sugar free);
  • 1 cup of skimmed milk (0.5 – 1%);
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • Stevia to taste.

    Diet apple pie is prepared as traditional, but instead of wheat flour, we take oatmeal. You can buy it in a store or grind flakes at home with a blender – as convenient.

    A Chocolate Raspberry Charlotte

    Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix all the ingredients for the dough – flour, baking powder, bran, egg whites; whisk until peaks. In another bowl, mix cocoa, sugar substitute and one egg yolk (with another to grease the charlotte on top), add milk and bring to a uniform consistency. Wash and dry the apples, remove the core, cut into thin slices.

    Dietary charlotte is prepared in the oven – baked for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 – 200 degrees. Pour the dough into the mold, lay the apples nicely on top, brush the egg yolk on top with a silicone brush. Put in the oven.

    Charlotte can be served with a scoop of ice cream, with natural honey, tea, coffee, powdered sugar, fresh apples. By the way, exactly the same charlotte can be prepared with other berries and fruits. Very tasty is a chocolate cake with cherries.
