How To Cook Energy Bars At Home?

It is possible to replenish the reserves of vital energy and satisfy hunger at the same time if we prepare a delicacy according to our recipe. Delicious and nutritious bars with date fruits, raisins and almonds will appeal to adults and children.

Energy Bars

To prepare energy bars with your own hands, we need:

  • 200 g date fruit;
  • 200 g dried or roasted almonds;
  • 200 g raisins.

    Raisins and date fruits are recommended to buy good – fleshy, soft, fragrant. They need not so much, so we do not advise to save. Cheap dried fruits do not get better even after careful steaming. Sweetener is not required – the sweetness of dates and raisins will be enough to do without honey, sugar and its substitutes.

    Now the recipe itself. Rinse dried fruits thoroughly, you can even soak for a couple of minutes in boiling water. Then drain the water, dry. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and mix until smooth. Depending on the make and power of the model, it may take you 3 to 7 minutes to do this.

    Granola Bars

    Now put the mixture on a baking sheet covered with cling film, spread evenly over the surface, wrap cling film on all sides and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning cut a sharp knife into neat strips, tiles of approximately the same size. Store in food containers sealed.

    The stick of confectionery are prepared without baking – it allows you to keep a maximum of useful substances! You can keep goodies in the fridge for up to 5 weeks, in the freezer for up to 3 months.
